Summer Sabbatical . . .

Yes, yes I know I've been REALLY slow in the blogging department lately. We've been having a super fun summer visiting family and pretty much playing everyday. Not much time for blogging and such.

I LOVE summer--spending time with my kids and enjoying not being on a schedule and rushing off to the next lesson, practice or school event. It will be nice for life to settle down a little and get back on a routine. But for now, we are happy with our summer schedule. We'll wait a little longer to get back to REAL life.

5th Grade Graduation and End of School

Congratulations to Makayla! She's all grown up (so she thinks), graduated from 5th grade, and headed to Middle School in the fall. I can't believe I have a daughter old enough to go to middle school. How old does that make me?

After graduation, we got together a group of Makayla's friends and took the kids out to PF Chang's for lunch. Then, the girls and I celebrated by spending the afternoon at the mall.

Logan also got to celebrate the last day of school with a class party, and Savannah got to tag along at both parties. Lucky girl--she loves her big brother and sister!
