We are sooooooooooo ready for Spring! Bring on the warm weather and beautiful blue skies! We've enjoyed playing and working out in our yard the past couple of weeks. Even Luke has started to like being outside (as long as it isn't too windy.) To ease the leaf raking process this year, Mike invented a leaf-bagging contraption to help us bag our 28+ bags of leaves, which the city refused to come pick up because they weren't bagged in paper bags (what the??--have you ever heard of bagging leaves in paper bags?) So after Mike hauled our massive pile of bags of leaves to the dump, our yard is beginning to look ship-shape for Spring. Next on the list: planting flowers and herbs.

Oh man...if I had been aware of this redneck leaf bag contraption I would have teased Mike on this months ago...how come nobody tells me about these nuggets of comedic genius!!
