'Twas the Night Before Christmas . . .

Christmas Eve continued . . .
One of my very favorite traditions on Christmas Eve is to read Twas the Night Before Christmas before our children are "nestled all snug in their beds while visions of sugar plums dance in their heads."

We also always celebrate on Christmas Eve with Dad and Sharon.  We had a yummy lunch that afternoon and opened presents.  Then, the kids got to play with their toys from Grandma and Grandpa.  Luke thought all the shiny paper was more fun than the presents.  He was also fascinated by Grandma Sharon's singing Santa Claus.

Brooklyn and Savannah are the cutest
cousins!  When we are in Utah, they are
pretty much inseparable.  When did Brooks
grow a head taller though??

Notice anything askew in this picture???

Savannah loved helping with all the babies, and especially
snuggling with Austin.
Luke loved playing with all his cousins,
and he just giggled at Ryder and the crazy
Santa.
