Ready to Rodeo!
We had a blast at the
Stock Show and Rodeo a couple weekends ago. Our kids
LOVED all the
rides and
rodeoen, and not to mention their
healthy dinner of dollar night
cotton candy,
popcorn and
hot dogs. When we hit the Rodeo, we do more of the Stock Show and less of the Rodeo, so our
poor kids miss out on the
real rodeo. They think this is it and at this point that works for us. I do miss watching the barrel races and bull rides.
Maybe next year . . .
We met up with our friends the Millers and the Gordons at the rodeo. That made it that much more fun for our kids because everyone had a buddy to ride the rides with. They all thought they were pretty hot stuff riding the "scary" rides this year.

Kristin and I got to take the little girls on the Caterpillar Roller coaster and the Carousel while the big kids hit the bumper cars.
